What ever happened to good old peace and quiet?

What really makes a holiday? Lovely accommodation? A gorgeous beach? Great food? Or maybe the knowledge that someone else has taken care of all the arrangements, that for a few precious days all responsibility can be lifted from our shoulders.

But where to go and what to do?

I have been busy working away on a new website, an offshoot to Beside The Sea that really shows that Camber Sands in 1066 Country is more than just a beach holiday. So I introduce to you…….

Well that answer lies in 1066 Country, a genuine refuge from all the change and chaos that surrounds us. William the conqueror would have been very impressed with this property as he was very keen on eco friendly travel too. Crossing the channel on a wind propelled boat made from sustainable sources and traveling by foot and horse back, he was obviously a head of his time!

Next up is the impressive Seaside Cottage (pictured), almost ready to launch, This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage will be able to sleep up to 8 people and is already booking up fast! give me a call or send me an email for details.

Don’t forget it’s mothers day on Sunday, remember the one who used to be your cook, taxi driver and your personal maid…..maybe she still is? So show your appreciation with with a short break with long memories at one of our cottages. I can accept card payment through paypal so no excuse!
