Tucked on the edge of the Romney Marsh, this weatherboarded charmer offers postcard-perfect scenery as far as the eye can see. Settle in and feast your eyes on miles upon miles of wildlife-rich salt marsh. It’s the ideal spot for a family who wants to make memories together surrounded by natural beauty.
With this setting, serenity comes easy. Whip up breakfast and spend lazy mornings in the dining area before hitting the beach, or come home for afternoon feasts on your back deck. With four bedrooms, everyone will have their own space for restful rejuvenation after days of sunbathing and sightseeing.
Just a few minutes’ stroll from Camber Sands beaches, you’ll have surf and sun right at your doorstep. For history and dining, the medieval town of Rye is just a few minutes away.

Watch the wind breeze through the marsh grass from the comfort of your cosy lounge. This laid-back living space features group sofa and intimate window seating and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Romney Marsh—plus a flat-screen TV if you can manage to tear your sight away from the natural views.
Modern and well-equipped, the kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the tools and dishes you’ll need for seafood feasts at home. Serve up sit-down meals in a sunny dining area featuring calming countryside decor.
Bed & Bath
From calming hues to artful pendant lighting to windows that frame scenic marsh vistas, each of the bedrooms has its own delight in store. Comfortably sleep eight across four bedrooms, each of which sleep two.
Spread over the three floors you will find two couple’s bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, ideal for family or close friend getaways. The top floor is where you will find the king-size master that has its own flat-screen tv and en-suite with walk-in shower along with incredible views across the marsh, and an additional bedroom that has two twins. You’ll also find a family bath with shower/bath combo on this level.
Throw open the balcony door to the first floor bedroom which is equipped with two singles to let in the glorious sea air.
On the ground floor, two can sleep soundly in a bedroom with double bed. You’ll also find a w.c on this floor for your convenience.
Outdoors
Discover your own front row seat to East Sussex’s natural beauty. When you stay at Marine House, you’ll have a private deck with expansive views of the sheep studded marsh.
Whip up afternoon meals on the BBQ to enjoy at the garden table, or let the sun go down as you sit out here with a bottle of fizz in the evening.

Holidays with young children and toddlers means lots of bulky luggage, high chair, travel cot etc, so to ease the load Marine House has been specially equipped with baby friendly features such as a high chair, stair gate, travel cot to help lighten the load when taking the little ones on holiday with you.
Eat & Drink
Good food is an important part of a great holiday, so rest assured of eating well during your stay. From the simple pleasure of fresh fish and chips to local produce menus that the many character-filled taverns and restaurants serve. Whether you prefer cosy inns with roaring fires to luxurious beach restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice.
Being close to the sea and surrounded by farmland it’s little surprise that the food served in some of these fabulous buildings comes from only a few miles away. The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
Fancy yourself as a chef then colourful farmers markets, and delis are where you will be able to source all you need to produce your own gourmet meals in the kitchen of this White Sand holiday cottage.
