The ground floor consists of two sitting rooms, a games room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a partially decked garden: all the space you need for everything from morning tea to afternoon BBQs to late night tennis table tournaments. Meanwhile, upstairs, four restful bedrooms let you recharge for another day of fun and sun.

A wide, golden beach is just a few minutes’ walk from your front door, and the cobblestoned town of Rye offers shops and medieval pubs just a 5-minute drive away.

The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
