Welcome to Beach Boutique, a perfectly formed 2 bedroom cottage in Camber Sands. Ideally situated on the quiet (and award winning) White Sands development, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, this cosy cottage doesn’t skimp on modern touches. You’ll find contemporary furnishing, high tech amenities (including superfast fibre-optic broadband) and modern decor. You may even feel that you’ve stepped into a White Company catalogue!
Grab your sandals and swimsuits and walk to the dunes of Camber Sands! Curl your toes in the shallow waters as you watch power kites in the sky. Adventurers can kite-surf or windsurf, and your four-legged friends can chase frisbees. Later, drive 10 minutes to the medieval town of Rye with its quaint cobbled streets, gastro-pubs and shops. Smuggle home a local wine like the Chapel Down!

When you enter this cottage, you’re in the heart of the home, an open-plan living area. Curl up on the comfy sofa and snuggle seat while you watch Sky on the 39” Smart TV, or light the stunning electric fireplace. With high-speed wifi, you can post your holiday snaps to make your friends at home jealous while you listen to your fav holiday tunes on the Amazon Echo plus home hub.
The fully equipped kitchen is modern and bright. With contemporary appliances—oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave—you can whip up your favourites. Use the Nespresso machine so you each get the coffee you prefer.
The white dining table seats 4 for a cosy meal or glass of wine before an evening beach walk.
In the utility room you will find a washer dryer and a small table top freezer to keep those choc ices at the ready!
Bed & Bath
Sleep in style in the master bedroom on a King size Eve Premium bed with fabric headboard, cosy topper and luxury linen. You’ll find your own 32” smart TV with Sky so you won’t miss your favourite programmes and an Amazon Alexa Echo dot smart speaker.
The second bedroom’s two single beds have toppers and linens so comfortable you’ll want to climb in and take a catnap. Unpack and relax!
The upstairs bathroom has a tub with power-shower over and glass shower screen that keeps the room bright. Downstairs, an extra WC means there won’t be a wait.
Outside
The charming enclosed garden has a great view of the communal landscaped gardens. Dine al fresco next to a white picket fence, and take a stroll to find the pond rich with East Sussex wildlife.

Camber’s huge sandy beach on your doorstep, lots of great places to go for walks and even dog friendly pubs so that you can both enjoy a relaxing drink after a day of sniffing about on the dunes!
Eat & Drink
Good food is an important part of a great holiday, so rest assured of eating well during your stay. From the simple pleasure of fresh fish and chips to local produce menus that the many character-filled taverns and restaurants serve. Whether you prefer cosy inns with roaring fires to luxurious beach restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice.
Being close to the sea and surrounded by farmland it’s little surprise that the food served in some of these fabulous buildings comes from only a few miles away. The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
