Mallow Cottage was beautiful. Great location, close to the beach and beautiful views over the marsh at the rear of the house. Very well equipped kitchen. Although only one sharp knife. It would be nice to have a couple of lamps in the Lounge area, we used the ones from the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Highly recommend booking a holiday stay with Beside the Sea. Competitive prices and their communication was fantastic, the best experience I have had! They have an excellent, well thought out app which gives you useful info about your property, local amenities, things to do in the area and pub / restaurant recommendations. Our property was very comfortable and was well furnished and equipped, with good quality brands. The games table in the garage was a welcome addition! Thank you Sophie for a wonderful stay. This is the fourth time we have stayed in a holiday cottage from Beside the Sea Holidays and once again I can't recommend them enough! We stayed at the Beach House this time which is a lovely quiet 3 bedroom house, minutes from the beach. It's a spacious cottage with everything you could need for your stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and private. Just a few minutes walk to the stunning beach and a 10 min drive to Rye. The hosts (Sophie, Richard, Arthur & Dougal the dog) are just wonderful! Immaculately clean & very quiet. We didn't spend too much time at the house as we were at Hen do in Rye but suited our needs perfectly as a bit of sanctuary and a snooze in the garden. Just 3 miles from Rye in East Sussex, one of the historic Cinque Ports coastal towns, you will find the small village of Camber. Camber Sands beach is the undisputed jewel in Camber’s crown.
